[Billing] Refund Policy for SCT

We have a 30 day refund policy. You must request a refund here in the support desk by clicking “Contact Us” at the bottom of this page.

If you dispute your charge via PayPal as a way to receive a refund, you are subject to PayPal and their dispute process which can take up to 30 days. As soon as you chose that route, the refund process is out of our hands.

If you purchased the annual subscription plan for SCT the refund policy is the same. 30 days from the initial purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time. 

***** As soon as your refund is processed,   your license key is NO LONGER VALID and any redirects on your site WILL NOT WORK.

****** Simple Click Tracker, NAMS Toolkit, MyNAMS and NAMS, Inc is not responsible for redirect performance (or lack of) on your site(s) or client sites once a refund is issued and license is suspended. 

****** Only purchases after June 30, 2016 are subject to an annual renewal. We may offer one time purchase specials periodically at our discretion. If you purchase our product for a one time fee and currently have a monthly subscription it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription and change your licensing on your website(s) or client sites if using a developers license.
