Reseller
Manage end-users, domains, and white-label branding from the Reseller menu.
A reseller is a platform user whose subscription product has Reseller enabled. Resellers manage end-users and domains, and can white-label (rebrand) the app for those end-users via Branding settings.
How you become a reseller
- A platform administrator enables Reseller on your product (or assigns you a reseller product).
- After you sign in, a Reseller menu appears in the top bar between Dashboard and Help.
- Open Reseller → Users, Branding, or Domains to manage your tenancy.
White-label branding
Branding is the white-label feature of being a reseller. From Reseller → Branding you can set:
- App name, logos (light/dark), favicon
- Primary and secondary colors
- Login heading and subheading
- Optional custom CSS (sanitized)
- Email display name, from address, and reply-to
Until a platform admin marks your from-address as verified (after SPF/DKIM), outbound mail still uses the platform From address, with your display name and Reply-To set to your address.
Domains
- Set a subdomain slug under Domains. The platform creates
{slug}.primary-domainfor you. - Add a custom domain: create the TXT verification record and CNAME to the primary platform domain, then click Verify.
End-users
Create end-users from Reseller → Users. They sign in only on your reseller domain(s). Your personal platform account and links stay separate and are not shown under the reseller tenancy. How many end-users you can create is set on your product as Max reseller end-users (0 = unlimited).
Billing note
How the platform bills resellers, or how resellers bill their end-users, is outside this feature. Entitlement is simply whether your product has Reseller enabled.
